Another loss simply means that the heat is turning up on head coach John Stevens. Two straight shut out losses for the first time since 2003 certainly leave s a lot to be desired for this underachieving team. The Flyers are now already 13 points out of first place (Pittsburgh, 40 pts) and are two points by the Eastern Conference's current eighth seed New York Islanders (29 pts).
