I need to start working out on a more regular schedule. You would have thought that being unemployed would help my working out, but in all honesty it hasn't and there is no excuse.

My weight has gone up and my motivation had gone down. But I'm tired of WiiFit telling me I'm overweight, so it's time I plan out a workout schedule and find ways to reward myself for doing well.

Anybody have any tips?

Amazingly though, I just did a body test on WiiFit and it told me my WiiFit age was 24. I don't know how that happened. Last week I was anywhere between the 30's to 50's.
