I have to imagine that Super Smash Brothers Brawl will be the slam dunk choice for the best Wii game of 2008. WiiFit should be recognized for its innovation though.

No Pain No Gain

I need to start working out on a more regular schedule. You would have thought that being unemployed would help my working out, but in all honesty it hasn't and there is no excuse.

My weight has gone up and my motivation had gone down. But I'm tired of WiiFit telling me I'm overweight, so it's time I plan out a workout schedule and find ways to reward myself for doing well.

Anybody have any tips?

Amazingly though, I just did a body test on WiiFit and it told me my WiiFit age was 24. I don't know how that happened. Last week I was anywhere between the 30's to 50's.

Speaking of Nintendo...

Stef bought a Wii Fit, and it arrived today. We set it up and according to the geniuses at Nintendo, I have a Wii Fit age of 37.

I set up a goal of losing 17 pounds in the next three months. Wish me luck!
