Photo: NLDS Game One - Postseason banner

It was a week ago today that the NL East champion Philadelphia Phillies embarked on their quest to defend their World Series title. They did so against the Colorado Rockies, which as you know by now they did successfully in four games.

I took a number of photos of my own, some of which can be seen in my game one music video recap, and I wanted to be sure to share a few with you here on the site. The above picture was taken outside the third base entrance where the pre-game festivities were in full swing. A pep-rally concert was put on by the popular local band Mr. Greengenes. The entrance to the pre game fair was draped in a special banner letting you know exactly what season it was that was just moments away from officially beginning.
