That statement was made at the press conference at Citizens Bank Park today in which all of the details for the championship parade were laid out. He was warning fans to have fun but do not be stupid. Last night the city arrested 76 people. Honestly speaking, in a celebration that must have had over a million people in the streets last night I think that is pretty good.
