Penn State, Minnesota...Pluto?

This week Penn state takes on Minnesota as the highlight of the Homecoming festivities. You can check out my game preview right now on Examiner, but I wanted to go off on a tangent this week and share a video that I came across while searching for material on the Golden Gophers of Minnesota.

While compiling a couple videos on YouTube that had to do with Minnesota (some were included in my Blue White Round Table over on Nittany White Out) I stumbled across this classic Disney short starring Pluto, my second favorite Disney dog character (Goofy).

The lovable companion of Disney's mascot Mickey Mouse gets in a bit of a tussle with a pesky gopher in Minnie Mouse's yard. In his effort to rid Minnie's garden of the rodent Pluto winds up doing more harm than good.

Finally, Kevin has come back to Blogger!

So I have tested out Word Press for a while, tried out some new ideas, enjoyed them but now I find myself returning because Word Press seems a little snobby about not accepting some things I'd like added to my blog. Perhaps they just want me to pay for their more advanced software which allows some more freedom. Seriously, I'm not going to pay to express myself and share what I want with my readers. So I have returned to Ramblings on Blogger now and I am staying here...for now. So I ask you to kindly update your links, RSS readers, and bookmarks hopefully for the final time.

Look, I did say it could happen. Here's a quote from my supposed last post on Blogger;
